Take the cable car from San Carlo in Val Bavona to Robiei, the starting point of the loop, and get ready for a journey through an alpine wonderland. The 15-minute journey offers breathtaking views and takes you to the edge of the glacier. The hike starts at the top station of the cable car and takes you around Lake Robiei and to Lago Bianco. Along the way, you can admire the shimmering crystals and meltwater of the glacier. Visit the Lielp-Alm, savour the famous Vallemaggia cheese and keep an eye out for marmots, ibex and chamois.
