In the theoretical introduction you will learn various things about the raw materials, production and sensory properties of gin. You will work out a gin recipe with the other participants and the course instructor and can look over the shoulders of our distiller during the entire distillation process. At the end of the course you will taste the gin and go home with a bottle of your own recipe.
