Ice climbing is a great challenge. For the first meters on the ice, the trial days are optimal. You will dedicate a whole day to the frozen water and will be supervised and secured by specialized mountain guides. You will learn how to use ice axe and crampons and you will be shown how to move in the best way in order to use the available forces in the best way.

Dress warmly enough, as it can get very cold in Avers.
